Your photo never leaves your device. The AI face analysis runs entirely in your browser — we do not receive, upload, store, or see your photos or your facial measurements. The only personal data we collect is what you type in: your email address, first name, and quiz answers, plus your scan scores if you choose to unlock your report.
When you unlock your report we collect your email, first name (optional), quiz answers, and your headline scores. We use this to send your report, improvement tips, and offers about LooksLab products. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We never sell your data.
We use advertising pixels (such as Meta and TikTok) and standard analytics to measure how people use the site and how our ads perform. These set cookies and may receive event data such as page views, scan completions, and purchases (never your photo or facial measurements). You can block cookies in your browser settings.
Payments are processed by our payment provider on their secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.
Email our support address to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you (your email, name, and scores). Photo and measurement data isn't held by us — it lives only on your device.
LooksLab is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
